Remote support means that we can take control of your computer desktop or laptop to troubleshoot just as if we were sitting in front of it. Communication can be through a two-way chat or by phone.


We offer remote support for the following services:

-Computer diagnostics and repairs
-Computer tune-up
-Email help
-Printer help
-Software installation
-General training and operating system usage

If for any reason we are unable to configure, or help you remotely (as we have to be physically in front of the computer), you will receive a pro-rated discount (for the price of the session) on the equivalent in-house service or when you bring the computer into our office.

How does it work?

1) Schedule a time
Contact us to schedule a time you are free to be in front of your computer.
Payment (in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) will be taken before the session is started.

2) Connect
We will walk you through some simple steps to allow us to establish communication with your computer. Software is needed to download and remotely connect. For security and legal reasons, we cannot and will not connect automatically connect to your computer without your permission.

3) Sit back and relax while we go to work!
We will remotely take control of your computer desktop just as if we were sitting at your computer.  Communication with you can be through a two-way chat session or by phone.
