Flat Fee Prices
Flat fee prices apply to in-shop computer repair only.
DIAGNOSTIC FEE $55
VIRUS REMOVALS $85
*In a situation where the virus has corrupted the operating system beyond repair, we may have to backup (where possible) and reinstall your system. Extra charges may apply.
COMPUTER PERFORMANCE TUNE-UP $100
**Speed up your computer!** Test hard drive, check system memory, clean temporary files, spyware/malware/virus scan & removal, registry cleaning, adjust memory allocations and more.
NEW COMPUTER SETUP $110
**For new computers just purchased from a store** Physical computer setup, transfer files from old computer, remove all unnecessary software installations, install antivirus software, adjust your computer for peak performance, check/setup Internet connections, setup of 1 user profile and 1 email account, installing up to 3 software of your choice that you purchased. Does not include software, major wire routing/installation.
OPERATING SYSTEM RELOAD (WinXP, WinVista, Win7) $115
Transfer licensed software (if applicable), back up files on original computer (if not deleted or corrupted); does not include external drive/storage unit.
DATE TRANSFER OR BACKUP $65
Transfer/back up files from hard drive to another computer, drive, CD or DVD; does not include external media, drive or storage unit.
DATA REMOVAL $65
**Permanent high level deletion of data from hard drive or storage unit** Data Removal conforms to US Department of Defense clearing and sanitizing standard DOD 5220.22-M.
PRIORITY SERVICES
Go to the front of the line! We will work on your computer first.
2 to 3-DAY SERVICE – add 25% on all service pricing; does not include lead time for parts replacement (where applicable)
ONE-DAY SERVICE – add 50% on all service pricing (where applicable)
Hourly Rates
**For all other non-flat fee services or services performed at your home or business establishment, hourly rates apply. 1 hour minimum.

Mileage Rates
For services calls more than 10 miles from shop, mileage rates of 55.5 cents/mile may apply in addition to the service rates above.
